Terms and Conditions:

Please read these before completing the booking form:

A deposit of £75 per cottage to "Cunningburn Cottages" is required when booking.

Bed Linen, ALL energy cost and use of laundry are INCLUDED in tariff.

WE promise you:

• We will deal promptly with your enquiry and confirm receipt of your deposit in writing

• The cottage will be thoroughly clean, warm, fully equipped and ready for you by 4.00pm on the day of arrival

• We will act directly to resolve problems with the accommodation or equipment in the unlikely event that they should arise

WE expect YOU to:

• Check in between 4.00pm / 8.00pm on arrival or contact us if this is not possible

• Vacate the cottage by 10.00am on departure day

• Inform us and pay for breakages or damage to the cottage or equipment

• Bring your own towels and tea towels unless you have pre-booked them (£10 charge)

It is a condition of booking that the Proprietors cannot be held responsible for accidents, loss or damage which may be sustained by the Hirer or any member of their party.
